Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order you place on this website. By placing an order you agree to them. ARDUA sells embroidered caps and delivers within Egypt.

1. Who we are

This website is run by ARDUA.

Contact us: use the email address or phone number on your order confirmation. Phone: see your order confirmation.

2. Products and prices

3. Placing an order

When you press "Place order" you send us a request to buy. The order is accepted when we contact you to confirm it. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot reach you on the phone number you gave. If we decline, you owe nothing.

4. Payment

You pay in cash to the courier when your order is delivered. The amount is the price of your items plus the delivery fee we confirmed with you. We do not take card details on this website.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Egypt. We confirm the delivery fee and expected arrival date with you by phone. Dates are estimates, not guarantees. Please give a complete address and a phone number that you will answer, because the courier calls it.

6. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Please read our refund policy for what we do if an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered.

7. Our content

The ARDUA name, mark, photographs and website content belong to ARDUA. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

8. Our responsibility

We take care to describe our products accurately and to deliver what you ordered. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Egyptian consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement. Beyond that, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Your personal data

How we use your details is explained in our privacy policy.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms. The terms that applied when you placed your order apply to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute.
