Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to deliver your order. This page explains what, why, who sees it, and how to ask us about it.
1. Who is responsible
ARDUA decides how your details are used.
Contact us: use the email address or phone number on your order confirmation. Phone: see your order confirmation.
2. What we collect
Only when you place an order:
- your full name
- your phone number
- your street address and city or governorate
- your email address, so we can send your order confirmation
- what you ordered, the order number and the time you agreed to our terms
We do not ask for your date of birth, ID number, card details, location or any account password. You do not need an account to order.
3. Why we use it
- To deliver your order. We use your name, phone and address to confirm the delivery fee and arrange delivery. This is needed to carry out the sale you asked for.
- To answer you. If you contact us about your order, we use your details to reply.
- To keep records. We keep order records as long as needed for delivery, for dealing with problems with an order, and for any accounting or legal duties we have.
We do not use your details for advertising, we do not sell them, and we do not send marketing messages.
4. Who receives it
- WhatsApp, which you may use to confirm your order by sending us a message. WhatsApp is run by Meta and has its own privacy policy.
- Formspree, the form service that receives your order from this website and passes it to us by email. Formspree processes the order details on our behalf and has its own privacy policy.
- Our email provider, which holds the order emails.
- The courier, which receives your name, phone number and address so it can deliver.
- Our website host, which, like any host, keeps technical server logs such as your IP address and the pages requested.
Some of these providers are outside Egypt, so your details may be processed abroad.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or third-party embeds. See the cookie policy.
6. How long we keep it
We keep order details only as long as we need them for the purposes above, and then delete them.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them, and you can withdraw your consent. Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law you may also have other rights, including the right to complain to the data protection authority. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above and we will reply.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
